I'm Ashley Everson. I've been teaching and exploring fascia-based movement for five years. Before that, I spent years looking for the right practitioner, the right protocol. Waiting for someone else to tell me what my body needed. Real change didn't come from finding the right answer outside myself. It came from learning to listen and building a practice that responded to what my body was actually asking for, day by day. That's what this library is built around. Your practice. Your body. Your knowing.
